I tried manually deleting all the drivers from device manager but only ended up with BSOD and all of them being back again. I don't wanna poke around with CPU OC because I'm not confident in doing anything like setting per CCX OC etc. It could be RAM issue but I think it's related to the lower CPU Bus clock.
